Project Features

  • Loft overlooking the main level great and dining room spaces

  • Dennison Cabinets, A New Hampshire based company crafted the custom cabinets.  The kitchen cabinets are made from stained beech and birch woods to contrast the wood flooring and have minimal wood grain.  Features full overlay cabinet doors in a flat panel style

  • A cathedral ceiling adds volume to the space and features beautiful Douglas fir post and beams

  • Large window allows a large view to the serene outdoors and provides natural light.

  • The natural stone chimney is in a blended pattern creating beautiful texture.

  • A white single bay cast iron farmhouse sink provides plenty dishwashing space. A trash pullout is conveniently located to the left of the sink.  This allows for the plates to be cleared, rinsed and put into the dishwasher creating the perfect flow.  The dishwasher has been paneled to create a cohesive look for this island.

  • The countertop electrical outlets meet the electrical code requirements while not interfering with the graphical backsplash tile.  The tile is continuous in the room and provides visual interest.

  • The wood floors are engineered old growth white oak flooring, rift and quarter sawn, 7” wide by various lengths by Vermont Plank Flooring.  Truly shows the natural beauty and pairs well with pine trim and doors throughout the home

  • The stairs are 3” thick white oak treads, rift and quarter sawn with bookmatched face.  Contrasted nicely with the black cable rail.
