Making Interior Design Personal

We have over 22 years of experience guiding you through your project, whether it’s a renovation or new construction. I love working on residential projects, ensuring that each one receives the attention and care it deserves.

I am honest in my opinions and feedback and expect the same from clients, contractors, and trade partners. My goal is to make the process easy, professional, and enjoyable by leveraging my knowledge and experience.

As a responsible decision-maker, I am accountable and committed to completing everything I promise. I understand that product selections must be both aesthetically pleasing and within your budget.

I bring creativity to design and selections, and I’m excited to share those ideas with you throughout the entire project. I'm passionate about the incredible transformation that results from our collective efforts.

We are accountable, complete what we say we will do, and recognize that product selections can be aesthetically pleasing and honor your budget.

Marcia Fletcher, Owner
About Marcia

Interior designer. I set my mind to it, figured out what needed to be done, and made it happen. That's what I wanted to be in ninth grade, and after 16 years as a residential designer, I'm proud to own and operate my design firm.

My hands-on experience came when my husband and I purchased an 1862 colonial home—a real true fixer-upper. Looking at the house now, you'd never imagine the horsehair plaster, 4 to 5 layers of wallpaper, and enough debris to fill seven dumpsters. Lots of hard work, but today, she's a natural beauty!

After seeing how an architect designs a building, the next step was to see how construction happens, so I went to work for a small construction company that builds and renovates residential and commercial projects.

My position involved me in every project step, from taking existing condition measurements and photos to drafting the new design, presenting to the client, assisting in product selections, and attending job site meetings.

I learned the value of being an interior designer. We're with you every step of the way. I put pride into my investment in your project, right down to where kitchen pots are going. I will talk to you about your favorite color. I will ask you what you like and dislike about a particular product—these details matter. Interior design is very personal, which is why I do what I do. We will create a relationship together and an environment that is reflective of who you are. And yes, most people hug me. You can too.
