Meet Kaleena

One of my deepest passions growing up was to become an interior designer. It was all thanks to the Interior Design class I took in ninth grade. Working with colors and textures came naturally, and I excelled at it.

Today, my diverse background in all aspects of home design and building products has shaped my unique perspective and understanding of everything a home needs. College gave me the tools to be a confident designer in patterns, textures, layout, and home building. However, my real-world experience came from working for a flooring retailer, designing custom window treatments, working as a Project Manager Assistant at a construction company, working in Product Procurement for an Interior Design Firm, and working as a Kitchen and Bath Designer before joining Thread & Timber.

Joining Marcia's team has allowed me to realize my dreams while bringing exceptional design direction and possibilities to our amazing clients.

Outside the office, I have the most fantastic partner in life, Paul. We have two cute fur babies, Carter, the dog, and Kiki, the cat. Both fill our life with so much joy and love. I love being outside and recently learned to fish. If I am not outside, you could catch me rewatching The Office or re-reading all the books by Dan Brown.
